CORT Furniture Rental is hiring immediately for a Full-time Commercial Collections Specialist in Kalamazoo, MI. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of collection experience who wants to be a part of our small team based in the Kalamazoo, MI area. During the training period, this is an onsite role that reports to the office each day, however, after training, employees will have the option to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days from home. To do that, you may have to solve customer service problems, explain charges, research issues in the customer's account, or solve other problems that are preventing payment.
