Its certifications aim to enhance candidates' marketability and career development within the healthcare sector. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist for an on-site position at our Fairfield, NJ headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing and managing customer relationships, and managing monthly marketing campaigns. You will engage with clients to identify opportunities, deliver excellent customer service, and promote AMCA's certification programs. Collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational goals will also be a key component of this role. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
