Document reported issues and track resolutions for future reference. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff. Participate in virtual team meetings and help identify recurring challenges. Qualifications: Comfortable using computers, web browsers, and communication tools. Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal/written communication skills. Patient and calm under pressure, especially when helping frustrated users. Well-organized and able to follow procedures accurately.
