Long term up to 6 months Hybrid after 60 days Pay $26–$27/hr We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary role near Glendora with a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables), and familiarity with JD Edwards (preferred). Responsibilities: Reconcile invoices and statements, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, freight, discounts, and account distribution Process journal entries, purchase orders, and vouchers into the appropriate systems Analyze vendor accounts and resolve issues in a professional manner Handle inquiries from vendors and employees as needed Process checks for all subsidiaries in a timely manner Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including sales/use tax and 1099s Ensure accuracy in maintaining the company's address book Qualifications: 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) JD Edwards experience is preferred Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines If you meet these requirements and are ready for a new challenge, apply today.
