Vascular Ultrasound Tech, Medical Group, Cardiology Vascular Ultrasound Tech Full time: 40 hours/week Hours: Monday-Friday, (8a-5p) Required Travel: Yes, to Fox River Grove Location Record preliminary report on all in patients in EPIC. Positive venous results on in-patients are phoned to nurse, intern or referring physician All out patient venous preliminaries are phoned to ordering physicians Monitors patients pain level during vascular testing ; Side rails up following exam Graduate from an accredited ultrasound/vascular tech program. Experience: Some medical terminology required. Also, should have knowledge of basic ultrasound physics. Good communication skills and knowledge of computers recommended.
