Description Specialization: Critical Care Internal Medicine Critical Care Pulmonary Critical Care Emergency Medicine Critical Care Nephrology Critical Care Anesthesiology Surgery Critical Care Internal Medicine NeuroCritical Care Job Summary: Intensive Care Consortium (ICC Healthcare) is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join the team at Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. Qualified Candidates: Must be board certified/board eligible in Critical Care Virginia License or ability to obtain 15 (12-hour) shifts per month, block scheduling Mix of Days and Nights 22-bed CLOSED ICU with a mix of 12-bed Neuro ICU and 10-bed Medical ICU 1 MD and 2 APPs during the day, 1 MD at night Interest in Neuro Patient population a bonus Incentive/Benefits Package: Competitive compensation with an excellent benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, stock options, 401k with company match, disability, CME allowance and days, and more Occurrence based malpractice Insurance Expert practice management including privileging, provider enrollment, and billing and collections Employed Position About Intensive Care Consortium: ICC employees over 600+ providers in 60 programs We are part of the HCA Healthcare system of care HCA owns and operates over 186 facilities in 21 states providing services to over 26 million patients annually The success of ICC intensivist program relies on strong team building strategies within the ICU, the hardwiring of best practice evidence base protocols and streamlining the delivery of hospital wide critical care services.
