***THIS ROLE IS ON-SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK IN TUKWILA, WA*** JOB TITLE: Project Manager (Custodial Integration Support) DURATION : 12+ month contract LOCATION: On-site 5 days a week in Tukwila, WA ORG: Global Real Estate and Facilities - Business Operations/VSI organization PROJECT OVERVIEW: Insight Global's client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead custodial integration efforts across its facilities. This role focuses on operational efficiency, staffing coordination, and stakeholder engagement—not technical execution. 200+ custodial staff are needing to be hired, and you will be partnering with cross-functional teams to create Standard Operational Procedures to ensure operational efficiency within this process.

Must haves

5+ years of Project/Program Management experience Proven experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong written and oral communication Working knowledge of program management principles and independent decision-making skills.

Nice to haves

PMP and/or PMBOK Certification Prior experience working on Real Estate & Facilities domain projects Background in custodial or craft services DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and manage integrated project plans and schedules. Conduct risk assessments, planning studies, and performance analyses. Identify risks and opportunities; create mitigation strategies. Facilitate cross-functional integration and stakeholder alignment.

Serve as the primary contact for stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation to completion. Coordinate hiring efforts for over 200 custodial staff (approx. 20 hires/month). Manage recurring interviews, onboarding, and training processes.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure quality execution. Report progress and compare actual results against baseline plans. Consult with senior leadership on strategy and deliverables.
