REQUIREMENTS Candidates should have litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mid to large law firm, along with experience drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting research, and managing discovery. Candidates should have some experience and interest in the areas of technology, Internet law, defamation, crypto, privacy, artificial intelligence, intellectual property, and complex commercial litigation. Experience in-house managing litigation for a technology company is a plus. Qualified candidates will have solid academic performance in law school, strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career.
