Position Details: Location: Near Pompeii, Michigan Shift Schedule: 10/17/2024: 6am - 8am 10/18/202411/1/2024: 8am - 8am 11/2/202412/1/2024: 8am - 8am 12/2/202412/22/2024: 8am - 8am 12/23/202412/24/2024: 8am - 8am 12/27/2024 Shift Type: 24-hour on-call coverage only, no clinic work required Facility Type: Level III trauma hospital with Nursery Level I Patients per day: Estimated 5 per day Support Staff: Full hospital staff support System: CERNER for charting and documentation Requirements: Board Certification: Must be a Board Certified OB/GYN (Board Eligible not accepted) Licensure: Michigan Medical License and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) required at time of submission Certifications: BLS and DEA certifications required Background: Clean background for fast credentialing process, required Local Provider: Must be a local provider, as travel accommodations are capped Additional Details: Compensation: 24-hour daily on-call rate, including holiday call rates and callback compensation Malpractice Coverage: Malpractice must be included in the provided rate Lodging: Must stay at the designated hospitality house, no third-party lodging arrangements accepted This opportunity is ideal for an OB/GYN physician who enjoys a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
