Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty: Mobile X-Ray Job Duration: Not specified Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Not specified License: Valid driver's license and applicable state licenses and/or ARRT Certification required Certifications: Maintain required State licenses and/or ARRT Certification Must-Have: Vaccination against COVID-19 is required, with documentation for exemptions if applicable Job Description:
- Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG service to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities.
- Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
- Unload portable X-Ray equipment and take it into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician, ensuring clinically diagnostic, technically competent x-ray images.
- Perform EKGs and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation when required.
- Efficiently scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily as per protocol.
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and management.
- Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
- Maintain the vehicle and x-ray equipment.
- Be able to push/pull equipment with varying weights throughout the day using vehicle ramps and pulleys. Benefits:
