Overview An established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Dayton, TX is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join their outpatient-only team. This is an excellent opportunity for providers passionate about serving underserved and uninsured communities in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Flexible schedule options:
Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM (includes one half-day admin)
Optional 4-day workweek (8 AM 6 PM)• Telephone call only, shared among 13 providers (approx. 1 week every weeks)• Minimal weekend coverage: one Saturday (8 AM 12 PM) every weeks
Candidate Requirements • Board Certified or Board Eligible (Family Medicine; Active or eligible Texas medical license
• Residents and J1/H1B visa candidates are welcome to apply
• Commitment to community-based healthcare and underserved populations

Schedule & Coverage • Outpatient only no inpatient or OB responsibilities
• Monday Friday or optional 4-day workweek
• Telephone call rotation approximately every weeks
• Weekend: one half-day shift every weeks
