Admiral Signs is looking for an experienced Lead Fabricator to take charge of high-end custom sign production in our Cape Girardeau, Missouri facility. What Youll Do - Lead fabrication of illuminated signs, custom structures, cabinets, and metal components - Oversee shop workflow and mentor junior fabricators - Perform advanced MIG welding on aluminum and steel - Interpret blueprints, production drawings, and engineering specs - Operate fabrication equipment including brakes, shears, saws, welders, and hand tools - Ensure accuracy, structural integrity, and a high-quality finish on all projects - Coordinate with design, project management, and installation teams to keep jobs on schedule What Were Looking For - 5+ years of sign fabrication or advanced metal fabrication experience - Strong welding and metalworking abilitiesprecision and finish quality are essential - Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings and fabrication plans - Proven background leading or training others in a shop environment - Ability to problem-solve, think ahead, and take ownership of the fabrication process - Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-moving production shop Why Join Admiral Signs?- Top-tier pay based on your experience and skill level- Relocation assistance available - Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates - Modern, well-equipped fabrication shop - Stable, long-standing company with continuous growth - Paid holidays, PTO, retirement plan and competitive benefits package Ready to Lead?
