Title : Investment Banking Vice President - ESOP Advisory
Our client, a leading investment banking firm specializing in the built environment, is seeking a Vice President to join their Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Advisory team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a key role in guiding clients through complex ownership transitions and strategic financial decisions.
As a Vice President on the ESOP Advisory team, you will:
Lead and manage ESOP transactions from initial engagement through closing.
Advise clients on ownership transition strategies, valuation, and capital structure.
Oversee financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
Experience: 6+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or ESOP advisory.
Strong understanding of ESOP structures, valuation methodologies, and transaction processes.
Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
