Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced "Working" Construction Superintendent to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position. As Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction sites from start to finish, managing subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications, and expected to perform certain tasks as necessary to assist and ensure the successful completion of projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and procedures. The Superintendent will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project success and client satisfaction. - Supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, and project specifications - Collaborate with Project Managers and other professionals to resolve any design or construction-related issues - Review construction plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accuracy and feasibility - Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, as-builts, and punch lists - Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites - Perform work with the crew on site as needed and time permits. *** - Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry - In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices - Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for construction and possess the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this position.
