Our client is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic I with hands-on experience working with industrial equipment, tools, and systems that keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of mechanical experience (auto, facilities, industrial, HVAC, general repair, etc.) who is ready to take the next step. What You’ll Do Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment and building systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing issues Keep detailed records of work orders and maintenance activities in our CMMS system Monitor equipment performance and identify issues before they become problems Assist with continuous improvement, safety, and reliability projects Keep your workspace clean, organized, and “audit-ready” Support the facilities and utilities team to keep the entire plant operating smoothly What We’re Looking For You don’t need to be an expert — just someone with solid mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. 1–3 years of mechanical or maintenance experience (any industry) Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical or electrical issues Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and reliable work ethic Experience in manufacturing or GMP/OSHA environments is a plus, but not required; they’ll train you.
