Your new role As a Property Manager, you will oversee the operations of a residential community serving an elderly demographic. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day property operations, ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations (including project-based Section 8 and tax credit programs), and fostering a positive living environment for residents and staff. You will lead a team to maintain efficiency, profitability, and exceptional service standards.
