Technical Versatility: Professional experience operating and setting up both CNC Mills and Lathes. Material Expertise: Familiarity with machining plastics is a major plus, as tolerances and techniques differ from traditional metal work. Aerospace Standards: An understanding of the high-quality standards required for aerospace components. Core Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce intricate plastic parts based on technical blueprints. Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting to ensure production stays on schedule. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all finished products meet strict aerospace specifications.
