Youll apply your knowledge of the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture and the full TCPED cycle (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) to support integration efforts across NGA Program Executive Offices (PEOs). Lead or contribute to cross-organizational Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) focused on:
Collection Management
Data Services
Foundation GEOINT
IT transformation
Drive development of engineering and architecture artifacts, including:
Integrated project plans
Requirements and epics
Target state architectures
Risk registers
Conduct a wide range of engineering analyses to inform investment and modernization decisions, including:
Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs)
Engineering Assessments
Perform baseline analyses and support requirements allocation to systems architecture components
Capture and translate mission and customer requirements into technical solutions and capability recommendations
Agile practices
Digital engineering
Support and participate in NGA Governance, Configuration Management, and Risk Management processes

Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field OR 12+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer in lieu of a degree Technical Experience
Database management
Big Data analysis
Strong working knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle, including:
Senior-level experience and in-depth knowledge of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) systems and services, including the TCPED cycle
Technical expertise supporting modernization initiatives within the GEOINT enterprise, such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Multi-Cloud Environments Leadership & Strategic Planning
Proven experience leading complex system-of-systems integration projects, with:
Lead cross-organization engineering assessments, studies, and Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs)
Facilitate Integrated Project Teams (IPTs)
Familiarity with Digital Engineering tools and processes
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification, with demonstrated experience applying SAFe practices in prior projects
This position is onsite and there is no remote availability.
