As the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), you'll be part of a dynamic environment, providing vital care to adults and adolescents facing acute psychiatric symptoms. Job Responsibilities

  • Drive Excellence: Collaborate on policy development, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of professional practice and regulatory compliance.
  • Champion Quality: Lead continuous performance improvement initiatives, directly impacting the quality of care delivered.
  • Forge Collaborations: Build strong partnerships with patient care teams, support departments, and physician colleagues, fostering a culture of open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Optimize Resources: Drive cost-effective solutions and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Lead Innovation: Spearhead special projects and contribute to the design and implementation of new patient care areas.
  • Empower Education: Collaborate with nursing educators to ensure staff development and effective onboarding.
  • Influence Outcomes: Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to set strategic goals and improve patient care systems.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related health science, or an active enrollment with a plan for completion
  • 5+ years of progressive nursing management experience, including 3 years in a direct hospital/ patient care leadership role
  • Active, unrestricted RN License
