Job Description & Requirements Primary Care Outside of Chicago StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $250000.00 - $270000.00 Were excited to offer a unique opportunity for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join well-established, high-volume primary care practices just outside Chicago, IL . These hospital-employed roles provide a rare combination of autonomy, high patient volume, and work-life balance with generous compensation and strong clinical support. Opportunity Highlights Thriving, team-oriented practice with deep community roots Outpatient-only clinic with all specialties onsite and in-house lab Schedule : 4-day workweek (36 clinical hours) Patient volume: 18+ per day EMR: Epic Supportive, collaborative, and highly autonomous environment Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Indefinite base salary Bonus: Quality and productivity incentives; average annual bonus $10,000$25,000; realistic income $300,000+ after year three Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 Time Off: 5 weeks PTO + 5 CME days with 6k allowance CME Allowance: $6,000 annually Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 403(b) with match; tail coverage included Why Youll Love This Role These positions offer stability, autonomy, and strong community connection .
