Setting: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) assignment in Cincinnati, OH. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact with medically complex patients in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, individualized patient care by adhering to established nursing care plans
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and newly oriented staff
• Perform assessments within 8 hours of admission to create customized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for treatment planning and goal evaluation
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient progress
• Engage in discharge planning and patient education from day one
• Promote a culture of patient and employee safety in accordance with Select Medical standards
• Take part in unit team building and support a positive work environment
• Maintain open communication with nurse leaders and support staff

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Ohio or Compact)
• 1+ year of experience in LTAC, ICU, med-surg, or a similar high-acuity setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
