We are hiring a Litigation Personal Injury Associate with 3+ years of experience handling personal injury matters from pre-suit through trial. The ideal candidate is a confident litigator, an exceptional communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. This is an in-office role while allowing flexibility for remote work on occasion. *Duties*● Independently manage a litigation caseload from filing through resolution ● Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs ● Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials ● Communicate proactively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal teams ● Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and support staff ● Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and case value ● Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations ● Maintain high professional and ethical standards and represent the firm's values *Requirements*● Minimum 3 years' experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation ● Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar ● Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills ● Excellent legal writing and analytical xmcpwfu abilities ● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively ● Strong client-communication and relationship-building skills ● Must be organized, proactive, and results-driven Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
