Jobot is partnering with a leading utility company to find an experienced and driven Senior Reliability Engineer. This critical role will focus on ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of utility assets, with an emphasis on predictive and preventative maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

As a Permanent Reliability Engineer, you will:
Oversee the daily operations of power plants and ensure their efficient and reliable performance.
Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance the reliability and longevity of power plant equipment.
Identify, analyze, and resolve reliability issues related to power plant machinery and equipment.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and safety of power plant operations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition of power plant equipment and systems.
Provide technical support and guidance in troubleshooting and resolving equipment failures and operational issues.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in power plant operations and reliability engineering.
To be considered for the Permanent Reliability Engineer position, you must have:
A bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in power plant operation and maintenance.
Proficiency in using computer software and applications related to power plant operations and reliability engineering.
A strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
