Key Responsibilities:
Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and transactional documents.
Advise clients through deal execution from inception to closing.
Collaborate directly with partners and clients on strategy, structuring, and negotiations.
Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship building.
Ideal Candidate:
~3+ years of commercial real estate experience
~ Strong background in commercial leasing
~ Comfortable handling matters with increasing autonomy
~ Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a personal client base
~ New York–based or able to work regularly from the NYC office
