About the Role Gruve is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and best practices, with the ability to align security solutions with business objectives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the organization's technology infrastructure is protected against evolving threats. Key Responsibilities Security Architecture Development: Develop, document, and maintain security architecture ensuring alignment with business objectives. Cybersecurity Design and Implementation: Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments including but not limited to next‑gen firewalls, zero‑trust, NAC solutions, micro‑segmentation, Software‑Defined Networks, SASE, cloud security, AI‑based security solutions, SIEM, and EDR/XDR. SecOps Collaboration: Collaborate with SOC and IT teams to improve threat detection and response capabilities. Strategic Leadership and Planning: Provide strategic technology leadership and planning in collaboration with senior leadership, learning about evolving cybersecurity threats. Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with executives, sales, presales, IT teams, and business leaders to align security strategies with business goals. Cross‑Functional Partnership: Lead cross‑functional teams and verticals during major projects or security implementations. Research and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity technologies with AI and trends; evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance the organization’s security posture. Team Mentorship and Development: Guide and mentor security engineers and other team members in implementing secure solutions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Master’s degree or MBA is a plus 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity Proven experience designing secure systems and managing large‑scale IT infrastructure projects Hands‑on experience with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, IAM, micro‑segmentation, SIEM, DLP, VPNs, and CSPM Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSI model, routing and switching) Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) Knowledge of cryptography and encryption techniques Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or MITRE ATT&CK Preferred Qualifications CISSP, PCNSE, ZDTE, and FCSS security certifications Ability to travel occasionally as required by program activities Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) Flexibility to work outside normal business hours to accommodate global project teams and stakeholders Salary and Benefits $180,000 – $220,000 USD + Benefits Why Gruve At Gruve, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
