Stevens Industries is hiring a Production Supervisor for our 1st shift operations. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in manufacturing and a strong track record of leading teams to success. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to balance quality, efficiency, and people-this is your opportunity to make a real impact. As our Production Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations on the plant floor. You'll coordinate teams, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that production goals are met with precision and care. Plan and schedule production activities to meet daily targets Ensure product quality and quantity meet company standards Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment Collaborate with engineering, logistics, HR, and maintenance teams Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively Maintain accurate production reports and records We're looking for a confident leader who understands the rhythm of manufacturing and knows how to keep teams aligned and energized. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field-or equivalent experience Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant production software Experience supervising in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
