Your Impact As a Solution Architect at Casca, you'll: Lead post-sales technical implementation for our AI-powered lending platform with major U.S. financial institutions Translate complex client needs into scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Risk to deliver seamless integrations Guide clients through API integrations, data mapping, and custom configurations Be the trusted technical advisor for clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle from onboarding to production readiness Help evolve our implementation playbook as we scale across new markets and products The Opportunity This is your chance to be a foundational member of the Solutions team at one of the most ambitious GenAI fintechs in the world. You’ll directly influence how top banks adopt transformative AI capabilities—balancing trust, speed, and security. At Casca, we don’t just solve problems—we build the future. Who You Are 5+ years of experience in client-facing solution architecture, technical consulting, technical product management or implementation roles Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and APIs (RESTful services, authentication standards, etc.) Skilled in navigating technical discussions with both engineers and executives Proven experience integrating SaaS or AI-driven platforms into complex enterprise environments Strong problem-solving mindset with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in one or more programming languages (NextJS, Typescript preferred) Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL tools, and financial systems integration Prior experience in fintech, banking, or highly regulated industries is a strong plus Preferred Qualifications Experience in loan origination systems, financial reporting, or core banking integration Hands-on experience with compliance-sensitive implementations (e.g., KYC/AML, credit decisioning workflows) Prior involvement with AI/ML platforms or GenAI applications Why Casca?
