- Dentist Are you ready to move beyond "standard" dentistry and join a practice that transcends the ordinary? Four Seasons Dental Spa, led by the renowned Dr. Jim Wright, is seeking an exceptional Dentist to join our family-owned, out-of-network practice. We are a Truly Holistic, Biological, and Functional facility. we empower patients by finding the root causes of disease and honoring the profound connection between oral health and whole-body wellness. 92~$161 per hour Full-time Ability to connect with high-quality, health-conscious patients who travel from across the country for our care. A desire to master Holistic and Integrative protocols (PRF training is a significant plus). Standard of Care: Meticulous attention to infection control using our medical-grade sterilization systems. Software: Proficiency in Dentrix is preferred. Languages: Multi-language proficiency is a plus Utilize CBCT imaging and AI decay technology to perform comprehensive oral systemic health assessments. Biological Clinical Care: Deliver precise, minimalist dental treatments including safe mercury amalgam removal (SMART protocols), ozone therapy, and laser-assisted procedures. Collaborative Treatment Planning: Work alongside our in-house TMJ-Sleep Specialists, Myofunctional Therapists, and Homeopaths to create "whole-person" treatment plans. Embody the "Knowledge is Power" philosophy by educating patients on the root causes of their oral health issues and the benefits of Guided Biofilm Technology (GBT). Clinical Leadership: Maintain the highest standards of infection control using medical-grade sterilization and ensuring a safe, mercury-free environment for the entire team. Operational Excellence: Support established practice policies and utilize Dentrix to maintain meticulous patient records and treatment tracking. Elite Technology: Work with the industrys most advanced tools, including: EMS Airflow Max GBT Units (Guided Biofilm Technology) CBCT & Dental Lasers (including NightLase) Ozone Therapy & AI Cavity Decay Technology A dedicated environment designed for the ultimate safety of the Doctor, Team, and Patient. Collaborative Care: You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team including a TMJ-Sleep Specialist, Homeopath, Periodontist, and Myofunctional Therapist.
