This full-time role involves caring for patients of all ages with a schedule alternating 8am-5pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and 10am-7pm (Tuesday, Thursday). The assignment offers the opportunity to collaborate with advanced practice providers and contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality primary care. Job Details - Location: Indiana - Start Date: Dec 29, 2025- LOA: 120 days - Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Physician - Schedule: 8am-5pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday); 10am-7pm (Tuesday, Thursday) Responsibilities and Duties - Collaborate with up to two advanced practice providers - Manage medications and treatment plans for patients - Educate patients about home treatment and preventive care - Refer patients to specialists as needed - Ensure continuity of care between visits - Complete charting and patient documentation in the EMR - Participate in peer reviews - Work in conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team - Provide care to a culturally and economically diverse patient population Additional Information - Must hold an active Indiana medical license - Board certification in Family Medicine required - Comfortable providing care for all age groups - Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications required - Experience with EMR systems preferred Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
