We stress collaboration and sharing of teammates between our departments. About the Role: Our new colleagues will be working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering set to graduate in May 2026. New staff will be part of engineering design teams in Land Development, Transportation or Municipal/Infrastructure Departments. Responsibilities: Embrace the hands-on American Academy training program Have an intellectual curiosity Ask a lot of questions of the numerous PEs on the team Work on a variety of project types Collaborate and share with teammates between departments Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an Abet-Accredited program. Minoring or Interest in transportation, land development, or water resources. Graduating May 2026 No experience necessary but relevant internship experience highly encouraged.
