The Role We're looking for a highly adaptable, service-driven individual to provide hands-on support in our personal and business operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily personal and business tasks, from sourcing and delivering essentials (like breakfast orders) to coordinating VIP guest experiences at our luxury vacation homes. Manage logistics, errands, and on-site support to ensure smooth operations across our properties in Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, and St. Augustine. Provide concierge-level service, including housekeeping coordination, maintenance oversight, and guest hospitality enhancements. Anticipate and proactively address needs to enable seamless workflows for owners and team. Handle ad-hoc requests with total flexibility, embracing a "whatever it takes" mindset to support our high standards.
