Must be available to work one late shift per week (11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST) Start Date: ASAP Type: Contract-to-Hire (opportunity to go permanent) About the Role We’re hiring a Sales Specialist to join a growing medical device company in Stuart, FL. In this role, you’ll speak with customers who need medical supplies (like urology or ostomy products) and help them choose the right items for their needs. You’ll provide great service, educate customers on products, and make sure every interaction is positive and professional. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, helping others, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do Make and receive calls with new and existing customers to discuss their medical supply needs. Explain product features and benefits in a clear, friendly way. Follow up with customers to make sure they’re satisfied and answer any questions. Keep accurate records of all customer calls and interactions using company software. Meet daily and weekly goals for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction. Follow company guidelines and privacy rules (including HIPAA compliance). Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly. Occasionally help customers through web chat or email. What We’re Looking For Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Call center or sales experience is helpful but not required . We’ll train you Skills: Great verbal communication skills, especially with elderly customers. A positive attitude and a knack for helping people. Comfortable working with computers and multitasking between systems. Ability to stay organized and handle a steady flow of calls.
