We prioritize home time for our drivers, with opportunities to work daily and occasionally overnight during surge periods. Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants. Our compensation package includes mileage pay up to $0.80 per mile based on experience, as well as $17 per stop pay. Drivers who operate in mountainous regions can earn an extra $1,000 from November to March. Additionally, drivers may receive up to 3% more in bonuses for delivering safely and on time. We offer a full benefits package, including 401k participation and paid time off. Our company also provides unlimited cash referral programs and top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks. The routes and territory for this position primarily include Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah. The average weekly miles driven is around 1,700, with consistent freight. Our trucks are designed for no-touch refrigerated loads, and drivers will receive reefer training if needed. The mix of live unloads and drop-and-hook assignments allows for efficient operations. For this position, a valid CDL-A and at least three months of current experience are required.
