A leading Fortune 4 healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join its Specialty Pharmacy team in Boston, MA. This location supports patients across multiple complex disease states including Oncology, Multiple Sclerosis, Hepatitis, HIV, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Transplant, and Gastrointestinal conditions . This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to patients and supporting pharmacists in a highly collaborative environment. Pharmacy Technician Compensation The pay for this position is $23.00/hr Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Pharmacy Technician Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (Closed weekends & national holidays) Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities · Conduct refill outreach calls and coordinate prescription deliveries · Answer incoming patient calls and provide accurate, timely assistance · Process, fill, and dispense prescriptions · Support prior authorizations, copay assistance, and benefits verification · Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care · xrczosw Maintain a friendly, dependable, and empathetic approach while serving a diverse patient population · Learn new systems, processes, and medication-related technology as part of ongoing professional growth Pharmacy Technician Requirements · 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience · Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License · High School Diploma If you think this Pharmacy Technician position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me—feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting
