The Industrials Team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Associate. BGLs growing Industrials team focuses on several key areas: Aerospace & Defense, Automotive & Automotive Aftermarket, Building Products, Engineered Equipment, Engineered Materials, Industrial Technology, Industrial Distribution and Metals Processing / Advanced Manufacturing. This opportunity is open to either our Cleveland, OH or Chicago, IL office.
Supports senior bankers in transaction execution and client management
Performs financial analysis and modeling
Conducts industry research and business due diligence
Develop client presentation materials
Three or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking
Bachelors Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting)
Sell side M&A experience preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials
