With over 500 employees globally and strong backing, were scaling fast across new markets and new partner channels.
Were looking for a Partner Manager to support and expand our US/EU agency ecosystem. Youll manage a portfolio of current agency partners, while sourcing and activating new strategic partners that drive revenue and pipeline growth. This role is a blend of hunting and farming ideal for someone who thrives on building deep agency relationships, knows the Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, media agencies, and/or the brick & mortar retail landscape inside out, and can create winwin outcomes between Threecolts and our partners.
Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of agency partners
Identify and onboard new highpotential agencies, with a focus on revenuedriving partnerships
Lead partner enablement and product training get agencies confident, certified, and excited to refer
Track and report on partnersourced pipeline, conversion, and partner satisfaction
Drive partner checkins, virtual roadshows, and build repeatable playbooks
7+ years in partnerships, channel, or agencyfacing roles in ecommerce, SaaS, or marketplaces
~ Track record of sourcing new partners and turning them into consistent pipeline contributors
~ Proven experience in both hunting (sourcing new partners) and farming (driving revenue through existing partners)
~ Strong communicator, builder, and relationship manager
~ Comfortable in fastmoving, selfdirected roles this role reports directly into the US partnerships lead
~ Strong commercial and datadriven instincts
~ Number of new opportunities sourced via partners
Partner engagement and retention (checkins, training completed, NPS)
