Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions. This position requires a strong understanding of medical procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations. Assist in the diagnosis and management of patient conditions, including infectious disease care and senior care. Perform procedures such as cardiac catheterization and radiation therapy as needed. Develop and implement health coaching plans tailored to individual patient needs. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal care for patients, including family planning services. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR). Participate in occupational health assessments and MDS evaluations. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies. Qualifications Master?s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Valid state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices. Experience in health coaching or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with infectious disease care protocols is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
