Senior Financial Analyst (ON-SITE) We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a dynamic and rapidly growing automotive company in Warren, Michigan on a contract basis. This fully onsite role requires hands-on experience with the Plex ERP system and a background in manufacturing costing and variance analysis. The day-to-day responsibilities include: Utilize Plex ERP to support transaction backlog and conduct data cleanup to ensure system integrity. Perform variance analysis to track, explain, and improve cost and financial performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver actionable insights. Lead costing and forecasting activities for manufacturing and operations. Partner with management to improve operational efficiencies and address cost-saving opportunities. Communicate findings to senior leadership and participate in strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have the following skill set: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Financial Analyst in a manufacturing or automotive environment. Advanced proficiency in Plex ERP system. Strong analytical skills with expertise in costing and variance analysis. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large data sets and identify issues quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
