As an LPN with UVM Health Network - Porter Medical Center , you will help create a supportive, comforting environment for our patients, residents, and their families in an inpatient setting . In this hands-on role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a provider or RN. We are a high-acute, high-critical care hospital, but have a small but welcoming, small-town feel. We call ourselves a "small but mighty" hospital. You'll care for individuals in a variety of health states, offering skilled technical nursing services, supportive communication, and reliable follow-through. You will also perform key clinical and administrative tasks that keep our units and practices running smoothly.
