During your first six months, youll immerse yourself in our worldworking alongside customers and partnering with our Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams to gain a deep understanding of our users, products, and mission.
Partnering with customers and market teams to identify manufacturing outcomes and translate them into clear, highimpact product priorities.
Working handinhand with our VP of Engineering, CTO, and engineering leaders to align roadmaps, optimize resources, manage technical debt, and deliver exceptional value.
Owning the product definition, vision, and roadmapproviding clarity on customer outcomes, business value, and delivery timelines.
Leading a highperforming product team that balances customer needs, business goals, and technical realities.
Communicating priorities, experiments, and decisions clearly across all levelsfrom engineering teams to executives to customers.
Bringing bestinclass product management methodologies to scale our ability to deliver functionality that delights customers.
You thrive in B2B enterprise software, especially where technology enhances how people work.
You blend customer empathy with strategic foresightseeing not just what the market needs today, but what it will demand tomorrow.
You can articulate product strategy with clarity and confidence across diverse audiencesincluding executives, customers, and partners.
Youre a practicing product leader, fluent in modern methodologies like Agile and Scrumban, and you know how to tailor them to B2B enterprise realities.
Calm, composed, and confident representing the product organization in any forumfrom boardrooms to customer meetings.
Ready to travel occasionally (510 times per year) for customer meetings, partner visits, and Seeqs annual company meetup.
Youll help shape the next generation of industrial analytics software alongside talented colleagues, happy customers, and supportive investors.
15+ years of progressive experience in software product management, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles (Head of Product, VP of Product, or equivalent) within B2B or enterprise software organizations.
~ Demonstrated success in leading product growth initiativesexpanding adoption, increasing customer value, and unlocking new revenue opportunities across global markets.

Deep experience and measurable success in industrial software, analytics, IoT, or process manufacturing technology sectors strongly preferred.
Adept at navigating complex, technical ecosystems and translating market needs into impactful software solutions.
Solid grasp of SaaS architectures, data and analytics platforms, and Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban).
Comfortable partnering with engineering and data teams to shape scalable, customercentric products.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field required.
MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
Skilled at influencing at the executive level and aligning diverse stakeholders around a clear product vision.
High emotional intelligence and a collaborative approach that fosters alignment and trust across the organization.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
