About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager with data center construction experience to help deliver projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have worked for a general contractor and been involved in one or more data center builds, covering all scopes of work from civil and structural to mechanical, electrical, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily project activities and coordinate between site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Track schedules, budgets, and change orders to keep projects on time and within budget.
Support preconstruction, procurement, and planning efforts as needed.
Oversee quality, safety, and compliance across all project scopes.
Attend site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Work closely with the site superintendent and field staff to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
~2-5 years of experience in construction management.
~ Experience working for a general contractor on data center projects (at least one full project preferred).
~ Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in data centers.
~ Strong organizational and communication skills.
~ Proficient with project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
Preferred
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
PMP or equivalent certification (asset, not required).
