Lead full-cycle R&D of a world-class energy-storage BMS hardware platform — from requirements and architecture to component selection and prototype validation — with breakthroughs in high-precision sensing, high-reliability safety architecture, and highly integrated design. Drive multi-domain fusion of the BMS with PCS, EMS, thermal management, and fire-control systems for hardware-level, millisecond-response coordination. Own electrical-control reliability design under a safety-first principle. PhD in electronic engineering, computer science, automation, energy storage, or power electronics. Doctoral research covering at least one of: battery management systems, power electronics, energy management, or system fusion — with exposure to industrialization. BMS hardware architecture design (BCU, BMU, high-voltage acquisition, current sensing, insulation monitoring, communication interfaces). Analog, digital, and power-circuit design; Internship or project collaboration with a leading data-center energy-storage company.
