About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for a long-term health care facility. The successful candidate will be a compassionate leader, responsible for providing leadership to all staff to ensure that care standards are met and the highest quality of resident care is provided. This role requires the ability to function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor, with a focus on supporting team members and celebrating team successes. The Executive Director will have the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center. Applicants must meet all state requirements for a Licensed Health Facilities Administrator (HFA) and hold a currently valid HFA license. A minimum of 2 years' of management experience with a completed AIT internship is required, along with strong management, operation, math, and budgetary skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
