We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Director of Product Development to lead our dynamic product development team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned executive to make a significant impact on the ETF industry through the introduction of new products that can play a meaningful role in helping investors achieve better risk-adjusted returns.
Lead the development of new ETF products from concept through launch, shaping the future of ProShares' ETF offerings.
Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy aligned with the company's vision and market demand.
Collaborate with internal teams (product management, legal, portfolio management, portfolio operations) to ensure a seamless and compliant development process.
Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the product development team.
Stay current with regulatory requirements and ensure new products comply with all legal and regulatory standards.
Oversee the entire product development process, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver high-quality products.
Assess product risk and develop mitigation strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of product development professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.
15+ years of experience in the investment management industry, with a strong track record in product development.
~ Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or equivalent, in finance or a related field.
~ Demonstrated track record of innovation, project management, and ability to execute.
~ Deep understanding of ETFs, asset management, and investment strategies.

Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent project and process management skills, with a keen focus on execution.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
The annual base salary range for this role is $185,000-$275,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
