We are seeking an experienced Test Program Manager / QE Transformation Lead to lead the discovery, transition, and workforce planning activities for a large-scale healthcare transformation program. The ideal candidate will establish and operationalize a comprehensive testing organization across Application Development, Application Support, and Enterprise End-to-End Testing (Test Center of Excellence
- TCoE) while driving staffing, sourcing, governance, transition readiness, and quality transformation initiatives.
This leadership role requires extensive experience in Quality Engineering, Testing Transformation, Managed Services Transitions, and Healthcare Payer platforms.
