We are seeking a seasonal to assist with global project management of client mobility programsfrom equity reporting to Certificate of Coverage (CoC) administrationwhile delivering high-impact expatriate tax advisory and compliance services. You'll oversee a high-performing team, optimize workflows, and serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients with expatriate populations.
Equity reporting and CoC form administration; drive process improvements from assignment initiation through repatriation.
S. tax returns for HNW individuals and expatriates; Deliver expatriate tax advisory, including tax planning, tax equalization reviews, gross-up calculations, estimates, and cost projections; Represent clients before tax authorities, advising on responses to federal and state notices/audits and signing correspondence when engaged as representative.
Educate stakeholders, developing and presenting trainings on taxation of foreign nationals, state residency rules, and international tax/totalization treaties.
Advise on relocation policies, identifying tax-efficient approaches; research income tax and totalization treaties to support positions.
7+ years in global mobility/expatriate tax or international assignment services.

~ Strong program/project management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance skills.
