Guide financial institutions through the adoption of enterprise SaaS solutions by applying deep understanding of end-to-end architectures—from legacy platforms to modern cloud SaaS environments.
Articulate the business value of the Client’s platform within each bank’s broader architectural ecosystem.
Collaborate closely across internal product, engineering, sales, and delivery teams, as well as with customers and industry partners, to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, strategically aligned, and aligned to client business objectives and modernization roadmaps.
Enhance Customer Value Through Strategic Engagement – Partner with clients to understand priorities, co-create architectural roadmaps, and position the Client’s platform within their end-to-end ecosystems.
Drive Enterprise SaaS Architecture Excellence – Provide complete architectural guidance from legacy transformation through SaaS adoption, ensuring designs are robust, scalable, and aligned to business and technical goals.
Strong technical foundation in banking architectures, including core banking, modernization, pricing, and billing across retail, corporate, and commercial banking.
Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps pipelines, and automation tooling.
Knowledge of identity management, encryption, and regulatory standards (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001).
The ideal candidate brings strong autonomy, strategic judgement, and exceptional executive-level communication and influence skills. Delivery Responsibilities (Solution Architect – Delivery Focus)
Act as the primary Solution Architect during delivery engagements, working hands-on with client teams to ensure implementation aligns with the defined target architecture.
Provide architectural oversight throughout delivery, including design reviews, integration decisions, data flow modeling, and resolution of technical blockers.
Partner with project managers and engineering leads to validate requirements, guide technical workstreams, and ensure delivered outcomes meet the proposed architecture.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
Makes sound architectural decisions with limited information while balancing risk, cost, and performance.
