We are searching for a Vice President of Compliance to lead all product safety, regulatory, and sustainability initiatives across a diverse product portfolio with our consumer goods client. This leadership role will oversee compliance programs in product testing, labeling, factory audits, and sustainability while managing a small, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Oversee all product testing and regulatory compliance (CPSC, CPSIA, EU GPSR, FTC, Disney FAMA) Manage factory audits, Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and sustainability programs (CDP, Oeko-Tex, THESIS, Detox) Review and approve labeling, packaging, and artwork for compliance Serve as primary compliance contact for major retailers and licensors Lead and mentor a small compliance team; maintain departmental SOPs Qualifications 10+ years of compliance experience within home textiles or consumer goods Strong knowledge of product testing, factory audits, labeling, and retailer compliance Disney FAMA experience strongly preferred Experience managing and developing a compliance team Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary: $125K-$225k base (flexible depending on experience) Performance-based bonus Medical, dental, and vision benefits PTO: 13 days + 7 sick days + additional time with tenure Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: • The California Fair Chance Act • Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance • Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers • San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
