Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med Surg/Telemetry. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and

responsibilities:
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on a Med Surg/Telemetry unit. Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and execute individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care processes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies. Be willing and able to float to different units as needed based on patient care demands. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience is required. Previous travel experience is highly preferred. Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital is highly preferred. Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Active American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required. Current state nursing license must be valid at the time of application. Ability to work 3 shifts of 12 hours each, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with weekend rotation required.
