Duties will include designing HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for educational, healthcare, commercial, and multi-family housing facilities. This is growth opportunity with potential for advancement. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering Minimum of 4 of HVAC and Plumbing design experience. PE or EIT in Pennsylvania is preferred but not required. Working experience with Revit, AutoCAD. Carrier HAP and LEED Energy Modeling is a plus. Knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE Standards, Healthcare design codes, and industry standards is preferred.
